Refund policy

Returned Product will be refunded as follows:

Probiotics cannot be returned at any time because the product has to remain at a cool temperature to maintain potency.

Products are to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase if the product has not been opened and the protective wrap is in place. (The cost of shipping is not included in refunds.)
Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded.

Unopened items can be returned or exchanged for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product. When we receive your package we will credit the account you paid us with using PayPal for the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees. We apologize, but because of product shelf-life products, we are not able to accept returns on products after 30 days. Additionally, if you are returning/exchanging a quantity of 12 or more of the same item there will be a 15% restocking fee due to inventory control and product shelf life.

To Return your order for a refund:

Place unopened items in the box and Include your packing slip or a copy of your invoice.

Write the reason for the return and refund request on the invoice or packing slip.
